Select cuts of prime British beef, are seasoned and properly seared, then gently and slowly cooked in Yorkshire beer with lightly caramelised white onions and fresh herbs for an incredibly rich and intense flavour. What's more, it can be reheated to give two generous portions or frozen to enjoy at another time. Our artisan bakers based in the hills of North Yorkshire have a true passion for everything pastry and sweet!
