The Casas del Bosque Pinot Noir is full of soft cherry fruits, lusciously ripe acidity and a lingering finish. Altura 350 is a supple blend of black cherries and chewy prunes and has aromas of pepper and spice. Whistling Duck Shiraz is a customer favourite as well, easy and eminently drinkable with dense bramble fruits.?? Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc is a fantastic white, elegant and full of ripe peachy fruits. The Trebi makes an amazing aperitif and is wonderful with shellfish and the the Sauvignon Touraine is dry gooseberry filled deliciously fresh white.??
