Subtle flint immediately on the nose, though raisin, apricot and peach aromas otherwise dominate. Incredibly expressive and persistent on the palate, with abundant texture. A wonderful mineral-driven Riesling that is now expressing its great potential. Capturing that distinctive, delicate, minerally style for which the Mosel, Saar and Ruwer are so famous and with which no other winegrowing region can compete has always been important to this estate. They know that their region has potential for great dry wines that exude elegance and minerality but remain light in alcohol.
