The Clos Valentin is quite the most delightful Beaujolais, made from old vines and has a deliciously spicy black fruit nose. Les Gourmandises is deeply coloured with a rich purple hue and is remarkably supple with a heady ripe cherry and blackberry fruits on the palate. Cornellana Merlot is wonderfully smooth with cherries, plums and forest fruit flavours. The La Passonne is a delicious Merlot dominated, modern-style 'claret' with an easy, ripe fruitiness, which makes it approachable and food friendly.
