What is Feminax Express? Feminax Express helps ease pain and discomfort brought on by menstrual cramps (period pains). Feminax Express helps relieve your pain quickly so that you can get on with your day. What is period pain? Period pain, or menstrual cramps, are muscular cramps that occur as part of the menstrual cycle and affect many women. They generally affect the stomach but can also spread to the thighs and back. Whenever the uterus prepares for the period, it sheds its lining by contracting aggressively. How can this product help alleviate my period pain? Feminax Express includes the active ingredient ibuprofen lysine. Ibuprofen is called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), and thus they alleviate pain while at the same time reducing swelling and fever. How to take Feminax Express Take 1- 2 tablets with water, preferably with or after meals. Repeat every 4 hours if needed, do not take more than six tablets in any 24 hours. Important Information when Taking Feminax Express Feminax Express cannot be taken if you suffer from heart problems or asthma. It cannot be taken if you are on medications like Lithium (Priadel), Methotrexate, other NSAIDs (e.g. naproxen) or blood thinners (e.g. warfarin, heparin, aspirin).
