Our 1m long LED profile is surface mounted and includes a frosted cover plus 2 brackets and 2 end caps. We highly recommend that you use led profiles with LED strips for the following few reasons: To keep LED free from moisture & dust. Aluminium acts as a heatsink and therefore extends the life of the LED strip. For runs longer than 1m, you can simply butt multiple 1m profiles together, and you will bearly notice any joins. Using a chop saw or a hacksaw, these profiles can be easily cut to size in a matter of minutes. The profile is perfect for any led strip with a width of 12mm or less and should be used only with non-waterproof led strip lights since waterproof strips won't fit inside the profile.
