Light gold in colour this has a nose of apricot, crème brulée, walnuts and toasted almonds. On the palate there are lush fruity notes of quince, spiced apple and honey combined with a bright zesty acidity to bring it all into balance with excellent structure and length. Made from hand-harvested, botrytis-affected grapes which are carefully selected and picked in the autumn, this sweet wine is aged for 10 months in French Barriques before bottling.
