An unoaked cuvée produced by very old vines. It is vinified only in vats to keep freshness and precision. It is distinguished by its purity, power and minerality. The nose marries a wide range of fruit aromas. The mouth is rich with a beautiful texture. Gilles Mathias has been running this immaculate estate since the mid-1990’s with the continued support of his father, Jean. We first started buying wines from Jean over twenty five years ago and we have seen this estate improve in quality ever since.
