The Cassagnau is a beautiful, somber wine with Mediterranean herbs giving a smooth creamy palate and velvety tannins. Passieno Rosso fills the glass with aromas of black cherry and creamy vanilla and Les Volieres is soft and silky with masses of juicy fruit and a touch of earthiness. Stablemate Shiraz is a deep dense red with spicy new wood and dark black fruits and the Syrah Les Classiques is intensely rich and has a good dose of gamey spiciness on the finish. Finally the Terra de Touros is a smooth, bright red fruit wine with lovely soft tannins.
