A light, very fresh sparkling made by Methode Traditionelle and is a blend of 70% Gamay and 30% Chardonnay which gives the wine a vivacity and a freshness on the palate. With 2 years in bottle on lees there's an elegance and complexity that gives notes of red fruits and spices leading to an enticingly long finish. Made by Chris Piper and Jean Brac de la Perriere, this is a new addition to our 'fizz' range and definitely worth a try.
