The Muscadet is a crisp and elegant white with lovely fresh mineral aromas and a peach filled palate, fabulous as an aperitif. The Brouilly (organic) is a deep textured red, combining finesse with complexity and the Valpolicella has supple fragrances of almonds and violets. It is crisp and dry in the mouth, well structured, with a lovely, velvety texture. Muga is a firm customer favourite and is a bright cherry colour with beautifully balanced contrast between oak and fruit on the nose. The Chateau Vari Monbazillac is one to round off with, a beautifully sweet and fresh wine with juicy peach flavours and a toffee and spice finish.
