He is dynamic, enterprising and his motto is "to try but not mix styles". Sulphur free with gorgeous blackberry notes and underlying herbal notes and classic mintiness. An interesting one to try, perfect if you are intolerant to sulphur or simply if you are intrigued by its lack of sulphur.
